Phat Tank consists of 3 people: Concieved as a TMLP (Team Management and Leadership Program) project by Step Carruthers, Phat Tank released it's very first CD (The Very Best of Phat Tank EP) in 1999. They are currently producing a rock opera. (Phat tank: A roc opera)
